Hello, we’re The Stage Bus!
We’re a Birmingham-based production company that creates
solar-powered, mobile stages, built into vintage vehicles and
converted shipping containers.
Our stages come with full sound and lighting facilities included as
standard, and every member of our fleet can be set up and
ready go to in under an hour.
The Stage Bus was our very first stage, and provides a unique
performance space that’s sure to be unlike anything your
audience has seen before!
Built into a repurposed double decker bus, this stage can play to
crowds of up to 3000 people, depending on the volume required,
and, like all our stages, can run for up to 8 hours on its solar powered internal batteries.
The Camper Stage is the smallest member of our fleet, built into a classic
Mk1 Ford Transit.
Its size makes the Camper Stage ideal for sites where space is limited, or
you’re trying to fit a lot in, but don’t be deceived – it’s still a powerful bit of
kit!
The Midi Stage combines power and price, bringing you a large
stage area in an affordable package. The Midi Stage is suitable for
bands of up to 12 people, or choirs of up to 30 people, making it an
excellent choice if you’re looking for a big stage on a budget.
With an included PA system that’s capable of playing to audiences
of up to 1500, the Midi Stage may be an economical option, but it
certainly isn’t a slouch, able to accommodate both large bands and
large audiences.
The Truck Stage is the largest member of our fleet, perfect for the
largest of bands and the biggest of events. It can cater to almost
any form of entertainment, and to our knowledge is the largest
solar-powered mobile stage in the UK.
The Snail Stage is a DJ booth in a classic Citreon 2CV.
The Snail Stage has a booth large enough to fit a pair of CDJs or
1210s and a mixer, and comes with sound and lighting equipment that
can cover up to 5000 people.
The Snail Stage doesn’t just function as a static DJ platform – if you
really want to put on a performance your audience will remember,
the Snail Stage can be driven while being used, making it a truly
mobile performance space.
The Stage Box is an innovative, next-generation stage concept. It
features all the elements that people associate with The Stage Bus,
including solar-power, integrated light and sound, and speedy set up
times, but they’re all wrapped up in a sleek, stylish package perfect
for corporate events and professional settings.
Our Stage Boxes are converted shipping containers that are driven
into position and then dismount from their vehicles, leaving just the
Box. They’re equipped with clever hydraulic legs that allow the boxes
to dismount, self-level, and adjust their height to ensure maximum
visibility
